Open the deal
Navigate to the deal with litigation.

Sidebar → toggle In Active Litigation
Toggle the litigation flag in the sidebar.

Deal locks
The deal locks editing for non-admins.

Dashboard surfaces it
Dashboard Deals in active litigation tile counts it.

Clear when done
Clear the flag when the issue resolves.
