Set up your first curative board
Your board is the contract between you and the team. Get the stages right and the team works the same way every time.

Boards → + New board
Click the new board button.

Name + description
Give your board a clear name (e.g. "Houston Tax Sale 2026").

Pick fields
Choose which fields appear on every card, or click Select all (you can prune later).

Pick card title fields
Select up to 3 fields for the card title. Recommend: Property Address + Owner Last Name.

Done
Edit the four default stages (Leads, Researching, Pre-Qualified, Sold) to match your playbook.
